SPRAT Level III technician with extensive experience in rope access operations, safety oversight, and complex rigging solutions. As one of the earliest voices behind LIGHTAIR, he helped shape the vision of building a company dedicated to safe and innovative work at height. His advanced certification and leadership in the field make him a cornerstone of the core crew.

Level I SPRAT-certified tech and ASME D3 pressure vessel code welder with an Applied Science degree from OCC. He has been recognized with the CHS Award for Excellence in Production and Broadcast Arts as well as the Cooley Leadership Award. Combining technical skill with years of field experience, Pete is a trusted part of the LIGHTAIR crew.

Level III SPRAT-certified tech with over 17 years of experience. He is NDT Level II certified in ultrasonic thickness, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing, and has led major offshore projects for Chevron, Shell, and Anadarko. A trusted collaborator for LIGHTAIR, Josh brings advanced rope access and NDT expertise to specialized projects when needed.

Level II SPRAT-certified tech with over five years of experience, including major projects at the Las Vegas Sphere and large stadium builds. Andrew is also boom lift certified and has contributed to numerous local rigging jobs, bringing proven skill and reliability to every project.

13 years in the industry, with the last 6 focused on rigging. Certified in Boom Lift & Aerial, Sam is steady in the grid and sharp on the ground. She’s also trained in welding, with structural work experience on several building projects — giving her a unique eye for strength and safety in the air. Currently working toward her SPRAT to expand into rope access, she’s always pushing her skills further.
