ABOUT LIGHTAIR

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Mission

At LIGHTAIR, our mission is to deliver safe, reliable, and innovative work-at-height solutions across live events and industrial environments—building trust through professionalism, experience, and a commitment to excellence — providing clients with trusted results while fostering a culture of safety and continuous growth.

Our Story

Our Mission

Our Mission

“LIGHTAIR was built from the ground up through years of climbing, rigging, and working at height. My journey started in the live events industry, where I first learned what it meant to trust your crew, your gear, and yourself in high-stakes environments. From arenas and stadiums to large-scale tours, I’ve had the chance to work with some of the most demanding projects in the industry — experiences that shaped both my skills and my vision for LIGHTAIR.

Rope access added another dimension. It wasn’t just about live entertainment anymore; it became about accessing the inaccessible — bridges, towers, industrial sites, and structures where precision and safety mean everything. That blend of rigging and rope access is what gave LIGHTAIR its foundation.

But more than just building a company, I wanted to build a community — a place where Rope Techs (riggers and rope access professionals alike) could be recognized for their craft, share opportunities, and raise the standard together. LIGHTAIR is as much about the people as it is about the projects.

Today, LIGHTAIR isn’t just about getting the job done — it’s about setting the standard for how it gets done: with safety, professionalism, and a relentless drive to execute at the highest level.”

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

Safety isn’t optional — it’s the rule.

At LIGHTAIR, safety isn’t just a requirement — it’s the foundation of everything we do. Our crew operates in strict alignment with OSHA, SPRAT, and ANSI standards, ensuring every project is carried out with the highest level of safety and efficiency.

To support that commitment, we provide our Quick Reference Guide, which outlines the key practices and expectations we bring to each job.

In addition, every project begins with our site-specific Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Daily Safety Briefing. Blurred previews of these documents are shown here, with full versions created specifically for each project.
